Southern Constructors successfully delivered the Offshore Energy Services (OES) Yard Expansion project, providing critical infrastructure improvements to support OES’s growing operations in the offshore energy sector. This expansion included significant site development, earthwork, drainage improvements, and the construction of additional laydown areas to increase storage and staging capacity for large-scale offshore equipment and materials.

Our team self-performed every phase of the expansion — from clearing and grading to installing heavy-duty foundations and upgraded access roads capable of handling oversized loads and heavy machinery. By enhancing the yard’s functionality and efficiency, this project has enabled OES to streamline logistics, improve safety, and support larger, more complex offshore energy projects. The OES Yard Expansion demonstrates Southern Constructors’ ability to deliver industrial site developments that strengthen Louisiana’s energy infrastructure and create new opportunities for local jobs and economic growth.
