Seth is Co-Owner/Founder of Southern Constructors. His primary role is Director of Office Operations for the company. He is a native of New Iberia, La. His responsibilities include managing the company’s Finances and Administrative Departments; Company Risk Management, Bonding and Insurance Programs; Business Development; Preconstruction Services; Company-Wide Estimating; Project Management – including architectural/engineering design reviews for Design/Build, CMAR and Design/Bid/Build contracts. He is also responsible for overall team planning and supervision, job schedule and cost control monitoring, and overseeing the construction management team. He began his career in the construction industry working as a plumbing contractor and spent 3 years working in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina managing a variety of civil construction projects before starting Southern Constructors. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has 20 years of experience, specializing in commercial building and civil construction.

Tommy is Co-Owner/Founder of Southern Constructors. His primary role is Director of Field Operations for the company. He is a native of New Iberia, La. His responsibilities include Estimating, Project Management, Design / Build Coordination, Field Operations Personnel Coordination, Project Delivery, Day to Day Field Operations, Customer Relations, Resource Alignment, Superintendent Guidance Operations, and Profitability Management of all Projects. He began his career in the construction industry working as an electrician then superintendent for E.P. Breaux Electrical for 7 years. He successfully began his own civil contracting business for 3 years before starting Southern Constructors, LLC. Tommy has over 20 years of experience, specializing in commercial building and civil construction.

Heith St. Germain is Operations Manager for all civil and commercial construction projects. He is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all work that Southern performs in house as well as overseeing all general superintendents who manage their own crews as well as other subcontractors. He is responsible for facilitating communication between field operations and office personnel on all jobsites. A carpenter by trade, Heith has 20 plus years in the construction industry and has been with Southern since its beginning.

Kent Broussard is the Construction Manager for all municipal sewer & water construction projects for Southern. He oversees the installation of raw water transmission and domestic water supply lines; wastewater collection lift stations, treatment plants, force mains and gravity sewer lines. Repairs to existing public water systems and water system treatment plants also fall under his expertise. He is a Qualifying Party for Municipal and Public Works Construction and Business Law for the Louisiana State Board of Contractors. Kent has 30 plus years of experience working with municipalities on construction and repair.

Andre Villejoin serves as design-build project manager and point of contact for all in-house design build projects. He is responsible for Commercial and Earthwork Estimating, Project Management and Facilitating Communication with all parties involved in each project. He is also responsible for Management of Layouts including Robotic Total Stations & GPS Operations for Earthwork Estimating and Operations. His expertise in Design-Build Projects including Owner Coordination, Project Development, Estimating, and Management gives Southern a prominent stance when bidding and performing on these construction projects. Andre received a BS in Architecture from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a Master of Architecture II from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and has 12 years of experience in the construction industry.

Hunter Senette is a project manager for Southern and his responsibilities include estimating, coordinating & assigning subcontractors, tracking project costs, creating & implementing progress schedules, negotiating with project owners and engineers, and coordinating material procurement. Hunter holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Business Management.

Hagen Riche` is a project manager for Southern and his responsibilities include estimating, coordinating & assigning subcontractors, tracking project costs, creating & implementing progress schedules, negotiating with project owners and engineers, and coordinating material procurement. Hagen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Industrial Technology with a Minor in Business Management.

Seth Plaisance serves as a project manager for Southern and his responsibilities include coordination and scheduling, project billing and invoicing, material and equipment procurement, and project estimating. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from LSU. His experience includes Industrial and municipal water and wastewater systems and electrical instrumentation system projects. He has been working in the construction industry for 9 years.

Curren Westcott, a Broussard native, holds a degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana. With four years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Curren has estimated and managed a wide range of projects across residential, industrial, commercial, and public sectors. His expertise in sitework and concrete operations has made him a valuable asset on and off the job site for Southern Constructors, LLC.

Beau Hebert, Assistant Project Manager, is a proud native of New Iberia and graduate of New Iberia Senior High. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Louisiana Christian University, along with an Undergraduate Certificate in Project Management. Beau brings strong leadership, local pride, and a strategic mindset to every project he helps oversee.

Originally from Mansura, Louisiana, Jeff graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018 with a degree in Business Management. He began his career as an estimator in the residential restoration and renovation industry, where he developed a strong foundation in construction. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys camping, traveling, fishing, and cheering on his favorite college football teams.

Dexter Thibodeaux is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Class of 2014). With five years of tax management experience at a CPA firm in Baton Rouge, Dexter now plays a key role in bridging the gap between project managers and the accounting team. He oversees Accounts Payables and Receivables, and prepares the monthly WIP schedule. Originally from Church Point and now residing in Breaux Bridge, Dexter is a devoted husband and proud father of two. He earned his CPA license in 2022 and has been an active CFMA member since 2023.

Zach LeBlanc is the Marketing Manager for Southern Constructors, LLC. He oversees brand visibility, digital presence, and advertising across multiple divisions while driving the integration of AI-powered marketing to optimize campaigns and client engagement. A New Iberia native with a Business degree from SoLACC and certifications in digital and AI marketing, Zach is passionate about using creative media and new-age technology to showcase Southern’s projects, culture, and community impact.
