Designed to support hands-on industrial safety education, this 12,000-square-foot, two-story, pile-supported facility combines modern instructional spaces with specialized training environments to meet the owner's long-term operational needs.

From initial design through project completion, our team provided seamless coordination between architecture, engineering, and construction to maximize efficiency, control costs, and accelerate project delivery. The completed facility includes classrooms, administrative offices, locker rooms, an indoor training pool, and a pre-engineered metal building specifically designed to support safety and emergency response training programs.

Southern Constructors self-performed the project's critical scopes, including earthwork, site utilities, drainage, concrete foundations, structural building erection, interior buildout, and site improvements. Maintaining direct control over these operations allowed our team to ensure exceptional quality, schedule certainty, and consistent communication throughout construction.
