St. Edward’s Church Renovation – Southern Constructors proudly restored one of our community’s most cherished landmarks, breathing new life into St. Edward Catholic Church while preserving its historic character and spiritual significance. Working under the Diocese of Lafayette and in collaboration with key project partners, our team completed a full scope of renovations including structural repairs, interior refinishing, electrical updates, and detailed craftsmanship designed to enhance longevity, safety, and functionality for generations to come.

The renovation included sanctuary upgrades, custom millwork, improved lighting and acoustics, ADA-accessible improvements, and modernized utility systems—all executed with reverence for the church’s architectural heritage. Careful coordination ensured all construction efforts were completed with minimal disruption to parish operations, allowing the congregation to return to worship in an improved space that reflects both tradition and innovation.
