Southern Constructors is proud to have delivered the new First Apostolic Church & School on a 23‑acre campus along Town Center Parkway in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed in 2022, this major development includes a 50,000 sq ft facility comprising a spacious 25,000 sq ft church sanctuary equipped with modern audio/visual systems and designed for future expansion, alongside a 25,000 sq ft Christian school serving Pre‑K through 12th grade, complete with classrooms, administrative offices, media center, cafeteria/fellowship hall, and commercial kitchen. The $9.3 million project—anchored by a solid steel-and-masonry structure—was built to meet high standards of structural integrity and layout flexibility.

Despite delays pushing the initial 2021 completion estimate to 2022, Southern Constructors kept the project on track by maintaining robust schedule oversight, prioritizing quality and safety, and coordinating closely with church leadership. Care was taken to preserve stormwater drainage and parking layouts while ensuring the campus supported both worship services and school operations. This new campus creates a unified space for education, community gatherings, and spiritual growth on a site previously undeveloped but poised for transformation .
