This commercial renovation project focuses on transforming both the functionality and appearance of the space to meet current brand standards while improving the overall customer and employee experience.

Working under a design-build delivery method, our team collaborated closely from early design through construction planning to streamline execution, control costs, and accelerate the project timeline. The scope of work includes full interior demolition of existing finishes, followed by a complete build-out featuring new metal stud framing, gypsum walls and ceilings, upgraded storefront glazing systems, and high-end interior finishes such as ceramic tile, luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and architectural millwork.

 

Additional improvements include showroom enhancements, new consultation spaces, upgraded restrooms, and the installation of modern lighting, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC modifications to align with the updated layout. Exterior upgrades involve façade preparation and waterproofing to support new architectural elements, ensuring the building reflects the latest Kia brand identity while maintaining long-term durability.
